* Unified has premier selling areas (bugs year-round). |
* The other guys operate in questionable areas. National companies pressure marketing companies to build some of their colder and tougher markets. It is much easier to justify a year-round pest control contract to someone in southern California, than somewhere that has snow on the ground six months out of the year. Indoor wintertime services can be sold in some colder areas, but only in wealthy suburbs where customers have disposable incomes. |

|
* Unified operates in high income areas (many people can afford services). |
* The other guys operate in low-income areas. The ability of a customer to afford pest control is paramount. It is easier to sell in our cities, plus you do not have to worry about talking low-income families into spending what little money they have for a year-long contract. |

|
* Unified operates in fast growing areas (many new neighborhoods). |
* The other guys operate in cites of stagnate population growth. Many eastern and midwestern cities, already being poor selling areas, are experiencing stagnate population growth and in many case population declines. This means that there are few, if any, brand new neighborhoods, which are as good as gold, if you hit them up before your competitors. |

* Unified offers very competitive pay to all employees. |
* The other guys have low pay. Can you imagine getting only $50 per sale? Lots of companies start you off at $50. We are pay double that to start! Imagine making twice as much as your buddies, for the same amount of work, in better areas! You probably already know who is going to have the better summer. Plus, our areas have the beaches, the babes and the nightlife. Imagine surfing early in the morning, making $300 to $500 during the day and hanging out with people at night! Do you think your buddies selling in Des Moines or Buffalo are going to have half the summer you will? |
